Refund policy

Our returns policy is valid for 100 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if more than 100 days have passed since your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your returned item is received, our team will evaluate it within 24 hours. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that Testers and Sample Vials are not eligible for returns.
